REGISTRATION FOR THE 2017-2018 YEAR

 

RETURNING STUDENT ENROLLMENT

Registration applications will be sent home on Monday, February 6th and Tuesday, February 7th.  We will be accepting registration applications on returning students and siblings beginning February 8th through February 14th.  Registration forms, along with the $30.00 non-refundable fee, must be brought to the director, Ashley Brown, or assistant director, Deb Smoak, during preschool hours; applications will not be accepted by e-mail or by telephone.  Applicants who register during this time will be considered for priority placement and preference for days to attend will be granted on first come, first served basis.  Applications received after 12:00 noon on February 14th, 2017 will be considered with new student applications.

 

NEW APPLICANTS- CHURCH MEMBERS

Madison Presbyterian Church active members may submit their applications on February 28, 2017 from 8:30-11:30 am.   A $30.00 non-refundable fee will be payable at this time.  Church members will receive priority over other new applicants.

 

OTHER NEW APPLICANTS

Applications will be accepted from other prospective students on February 28th from 8:30-11:30 am. As in the past, once a class is full, a waiting list will be maintained, and parents will be notified as soon as an opening is available.  A $30.00 non-refundable fee will be payable at this time.
